We have a diverse team full of talented and passionate individuals who are committed to changing the face of mens mental health across the UK.
As well as the opportunity to join the organisation at an exciting stage of it's development, staff also have the opportunity to develop their own skills and have regular chances to feed into the creative and strategic development of the organisation.
We have a few different roles available, and are keen to hear from people from all walks of life. Please read the information below carefully, and feel free to pop a message to info@menwhotalk.org if you have any questions! We can't WAIT to have you join the MWT Team!

Men Who Talk runs 5 monthly online support groups for men aged 18+ across the UK. The groups take place between 7:00 - 8:30pm during week nights.
Volunteers are required to be online from 6:45pm to 8:45pm, and are required to facilitate around 1 group per month.
All groups are facilitated by 2 facilitators, and follow a semi-structured pattern.
We are looking for passionate men with some experience of groups facilitating or working in mental health settings to come join us as facilitators.
A degree in psychology is preferred but not an essential requirement.
As part of our ambitious plans to grow Men Who Talk, we are looking for a creative individual to come and join us for 1-2 hours per week to develop our online social media platforms.
The volunteer content creator will work closely with the Founder & Director to help transform our fast growing online platforms.
This role would particularly suit a creative individual looking to develop their portfolio and gain experience in helping a new organisation to grow it's online presence.
We are looking for passionate trustees to join us on our journey towards achieving positive mental health for all men across the UK.
The role:
Applications are encouraged from across the UK. Board meetings currently take place about every six weeks remotely, lasting on average between 60-90 minutes. It is anticipated that meeting frequency will reduce as the organisation grows. Some reading and preparation time will be required before meetings.
Additional virtual attendance at catch-up calls and ad hoc meetings of sub committees are also likely to be required in the longer term. The minimum time commitment for this role is approximately twelve days per annum, and the minimum term is three years, with opportunity for extension.
Currently most meetings are held virtually but in normal circumstances some meetings may be held in central London, at times and dates as the trustees agree. In person meetings are normally a half day. The successful candidates will take up their new roles as soon as possible.
If you're a passionate, hard working individual who feels they'd like to join the MWT team, why not read the attached job pack and submit an application to join us as a trustee.
CLOSING DATE: 7th October, 14:00
If you're interested in volunteering in either of the above 2 roles, please fill out the short form below and send across a copy of your CV.
