What We Do

Men Who Talk is a registered charity offering safe, accessible spaces for men to talk, connect and feel heard — wherever they are in the UK.

We run free weekly online groups, deliver mental health workshops, speak at events, and work with public health teams, universities and employers to change how men’s mental health is understood and supported.

Here’s a quick overview of what we do:

men openly talking

1. Online Talking Groups

At the heart of Men Who Talk are our free, peer-led online social groups — open to all men aged 18+ across the UK. No therapy, no pressure, just honest conversation in a safe space.

Find out more about our free groups here.

2. Mental Health Workshops

We offer practical, conversation-led workshops for organisations looking to support men’s mental health in the workplace. Sessions are tailored to your team and can be delivered online or in person.

3. Engagement & Outreach

We partner with universities, public health teams, and community groups to deliver Q&As, pop-up sessions, university wellbeing days, and awareness events — helping us reach more men and support hard-to-access communities.

4. Speaker Series (Launching 2025)

Our new speaker series will feature real men sharing real experiences — hosted live and online, with guest blogs and podcasts to follow. If you’re interested in contributing or attending, keep an eye on our social media or get in touch.

5. Events & Campaigns

From awareness weeks to community fundraisers, we regularly take part in events to spread the word and bring people together.

You’ll find the latest on our blog page or on our socials.
