What we’re doing to help
Although the Men’s mental health statistics make for grim reading, we’re here to let you know we won’t stop until we’ve achieved our aim of promoting positive mental health for every man in the UK.
It’s a huge task, but we believe with a bit of passion and commitment we’ll make it. The question is: how?

Our Groups
At MEN WHO TALK, we provide free to access online spaces which provide men and those who support them, across the UK with an opportunity to talk, socialise and receive support from other men, all whilst being supported by our excellent team of facilitators.
Our spaces are judgement free, supportive spaces for men to talk openly. We follow a peer-to-peer support model, which means we actively encourage all our group attendees to support one another, instead of relying on professionals. Our groups aren’t therapy our counselling, but can provide a vital space to share, learn and socialise with other like minded men, promoting good mental health whilst doing so.
Our Workshops
By working with companies and other organisations, we’ve created bespoke workshops that aim to encourage organisations to engage with the men they work with, instead of ignore them.
We’re empowering workplaces to consider how they can better support men, not just to survive in the workplace, but to thrive.
Through placing men’s experiences, statistics and testimonials at the heart of our workshops, we’ve put the real life experiences of men at the core of our work.

Our Campaigns
As we continue to grow and develop our services, we are using all the things we are learning to create engaging campaigns that captivate the issues men truly face, and create bold challenges to the general public.
As we continue to grow, we look forward to campaigning more for men to receive the mental health support they deserve and so desperately need.

University Days
The next generation have never needed our help more, with figures showing poor mental health at 7 times what it was a decade ago for students, action is desperately needed.
As we continue to loudly champion the importance of men’s mental health and wellbeing, we are embarking on a bold mission to engage with as many universities across the UK as possible.
Our university days provide engagement events, in addition to workshops helping to promote men’s mental health and develop the next generation of young professionals.
