Starting the Conversation on Men’s Mental Health
Free workshops for people who live or work in Hammersmith and Fulham
Men Who Talk is a men’s mental health charity. Our workshops promote the importance of men’s mental health. Supported by H&F Council.
“Starting the Conversation on Men’s Mental Health” is a 90 minute interactive workshop designed to get participants thinking about what they can do to improve men’s mental health, delivered by the men’s mental health charity Men Who Talk.
The workshops are open to all, regardless of gender. Our workshops cover a variety of different topics, including the issues facing men and boys with their wellbeing, the current barriers to access for support services, as well as ways in which we can all try to improve our own wellbeing.
Thanks to Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council, MWT is offering free workshops each month for up to 30 people based in the H&F borough to attend. Please note, you need to either be resident, or work for an organisation based in H&F in order to be eligible to attend.
