Donate to Men Who Talk

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, and the theme is Take Action.

Every donation we receive helps us run more free online peer support groups, train more volunteer facilitators, and reach more men who need somewhere safe to talk.

Men Who Talk creates simple, stigma-free spaces where men support each other through conversation, not counselling, not therapy, just honest chat.

Founded to tackle the gaps traditional services miss, we use the power of peer support to break down barriers, boost connection, and show that asking for help is not a weakness, but a strength.

During Mental Health Awareness Week in 2026 we’ll run our 250th group.

Your support is what makes the next 250 possible.

The pressure men carry

For many men, poor mental health is part of daily life. We’re told to be strong, successful, and unemotional — but that pressure takes its toll.
Even when men want support, they’re often met with services that don’t feel safe, welcoming, or built for them.
Men Who Talk creates simple, stigma-free spaces where men support each other through conversation. Not counselling. Not therapy. Just honest chat.
Founded to tackle the gaps traditional services miss, we use the power of peer support to break down barriers, boost connection, and show that asking for help is not a weakness, but a strength.

“I felt safe in the group, it was warm and supportive. The other men were open and showed vulnerability.”
