International Men’s Day 2026
Make time to talk
International Men’s Day is on Thursday 19 November 2026, in the middle of Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month. The UK theme this year is Supporting Men and Boys.
At Men Who Talk, we’re marking it with two free online webinars: one for employers who want to support the men in their teams, and one for men themselves.

The pressure men carry
For many men, poor mental health is part of daily life.
We’re told to be strong, successful and unemotional, but that pressure takes its toll.
Even when men want support, they’re often met with services that don’t feel safe, welcoming or built for them.
It’s time for a different approach.
“I felt safe in the group, it was warm and supportive. The other men were open and showed vulnerability.”

Want to do something for the men in your team this November? Our webinar for employers is a good place to start, and our men’s mental health workshops run online or in-person all year round.
Support Men Who Talk
All of our groups are free to attend. If you’d like to help us reach more men, you can make a donation on JustGiving.
Men Who Talk creates simple, stigma-free spaces where men support each other through honest conversation. We were set up to fill the gaps traditional services miss, using peer support to break down barriers, build connection and make asking for help feel normal.
If you’re struggling right now, you can call Samaritans free on 116 123, any time, or visit our Further Support page for other services.
