Before You Book

To join a session, we’ll need your real name, email, and phone number.

Your name won’t be shared — it’s just for safety. You’re welcome to use a different name and keep your camera off in the Zoom room.

If you do change your name or have your camera turned off, we’ll pop you into a short private breakout with a facilitator to confirm your details. This helps keep everyone safe.

Please only sign up if you can attend the full session.

Your info stays private and is only ever shared if there’s a serious risk to your safety.
